Add config for user imap to db.

Retrieve these configs for each user.

Move MailDisplay renderer to a popover.

Add a routine that fetches mails every minute and notifies the user if a new mail was fetched that is not older than a minute.

Add a bell that signals if new mails were fetched incoming.

While rebasing this somehow created a new branch in: https://github.com/edulution-io/edulution-ui/pull/31

I will continue on that ('new') branch.
