[BUG] toggling blur background in preview mode changes webcam #154

Describe the bug If you change webcam in preview mode and then toggle blur background, it will start blur background but switch back to the webcam with liveVideoDeviceId.

Expected behavior I expect blur background to be enabled in preview mode on the webcam that I choose.
