Add responsibility to swotedit table #22

It closes issue #18.

I just removed the 'field-group-swot' scss class width attribute, and it makes the table responsive again.

It closes issue #18 and #17. Now it add a new layout to cards.

Hey @WillCranel, please, post in your changes in different pull requests to different issues. The cards are getting good, but I need one card above another.
