CSS Selector obscures Collapsed Topics functionality #41

Hi Julian,

This selector line: https://github.com/moodleman/moodle-theme_elegance/blob/master/style/elegance.css#L1756 being the selector:

.course-content ul.topics li.section .left, .course-content ul.topics li.section .right{ display: none; }

has caused confusion from a user of Collapsed Topics, please see: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=254799#p1110837 and below.

Please could it be removed.
