add awesome-bar (like decaf) #90

Many people don't like and don't understand the moodle navigation menus, but they love the awesome bar. The awesome-bar was introduced by the theme 'decaf'. (all functions in a dynamic pull down menu)

'decaf' menus speeds up the learning curve of moodle administration and course creation dramatically.

'Essential' is the most outstanding theme for moodle ever. It needs to be married with the innovative awesome bar.

This would start a new century of moodle experience.

And who would be able to start the beyond-normal-theme? Only 'moodleman'!!! ;-)
