when using i8-js or ie7-js, thickbox doesn't work properly #86

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
position of the thickbox popup shoul be on the centre of the scree, but it
apears on the bottom of the screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i-m using ie8-js

Please provide any additional information below.

IE7.js is not compatible with dynamically inserted content. I will address this 
problem 
in another module (ie7-recalc).
