WebPolicyDelegate.decidePolicyForNewWindowAction not called #15

In the latest release the decidePolicyForNewWindowAction method of 
WebPolicyDelegate is not called, and as a result the popup detecter is not 
functioning. Does anybody have an idea why this happens?
