In app version 2.0.4 when testing with vpn.spoor.nu after three minutes, when tokens are expired, open the app and this screen will be shown:
The "OK" certificate expiry seems to 'loop' continuously. How longer you watch, how more often you need to click 'OK' before it will disappear.
