after login and 'approve' the profile doesn't show #209

When login via secure internet, after login and click on 'approve' the VPN profile doesn't show up. The two usecase buttons are still visible.

When restart the app, the VPN profile becomes available.

This issue occurs when there are not yet other VPN profiles (e.g. custom or institute access) available.

When there are already other VPN profiles , other issues are visible. For example when connecting the app doesn't notice the VPN started. It is not possible to go back from 'connection screen' to VPN profile overview.
