Find your institute screen #317

Here's the current status of the Find your institute screen.

So far, you can only search for a server / org. Nothing happens when you click on a server / org.

Implements Find your institute / search screen, thereby fixing #287.

The following are not implemented, and shall be added later:

Still lots to do, but this pull request does what it states it does and is according to the discussions on Basecamp. So I give it a thumbs up. 👍

There are some areas I'd like to review some more once we get a more complete picture of the new situation in code.

Pushed a few minor fixes.

I'll wait for a couple of days before merging in case @johankool has any concerns, while I work on the main screen.
