macOS: Username/password authentication for imported OpenVPN configs #380

When importing, the app asks for the credentials.

The "Ask every time when connecting" doesn't work yet works as well.

This PR includes changes to the local TunnelKit. Those changes are filed as a PR on TunnelKit in https://github.com/passepartoutvpn/tunnelkit/pull/200.
