connection toggle becomes untoggleable #393

App: 2.2.2. macOS: 11.2.3

It seems there is some kind of race condition where the online/offline toggle can get in a "disabled" state where you can't control it any longer to disconnect. Quitting the application does work and restores it. Next time everything works again fine.

This happened to me twice so far. I have no idea how to reproduce it. It first occurred with the testing release you gave me some weeks ago. And now also with the release version...
