Log events related to the eduVPN server API #424

Include API server requests / responses / errors in the log (macOS and iOS).

Should make sure the app side doesn't write to the log when the tunnel is up.

The motivation for this is the APIv3 spec which says:

The exact error response MUST be logged and accessible by the user if so instructed by the support desk, and MAY be shown to the user in full, however a generic "Server Error" could be considered as well, perhaps with a "Details..." button.
