interesting, "secure internet" shouldn't "be" in the Let's Connect VPN app, I wonder how this was triggered. Somehow old config of the previous app
@TanguiC Do you know what version of Let's Connect! you had before you updated?
Let's Connect! 2.1.9 for macOS did include "Secure Internet" and stuff because it was practically the eduVPN app's beta (for the redesign and new discovery mechanism). So if you're upgrading from that, this would happen.
If you're wondering why the current Let's Connect! app should show "Secure Internet", it's because of the way it's designed to share code: Only eduVPN writes "Secure Internet" data to disk, but both Let's Connect! and eduVPN apps use a common way to display the stored data.
@roop unfortunately, as you'd expect, I don't know which version I was running (it's a secondary laptop I'm using while on the move) (with a very annoying butterfly keyboard) So you're saying it can basically only happen for people who were running let's connect and eduvpn with active secure internet profiles on the same macOS machine? I can live with that! Is it possible that next versions of let's connect! don't allow importing secure internet profiles?
@TanguiC:

It can happen only if someone used Let's Connect 2.1.8 or 2.1.9 on their Mac, added a secure internet server on that, and then upgraded to any future version (2.2.1 or later).
Is it possible that next versions of let's connect! don't allow importing secure internet profiles?
This is already done. Let's Connect 2.2.1 onwards don't support adding secure internet servers.
Let's Connect 2.1.8 and 2.1.9 supporting adding secure internet servers was a temporary method to try out the redesign in a published app.
After updating to the latest version of Let's Connect! (3.0.0.0), I initially saw weird "change location" and "unknown country" screens
