openSuse official support #579

As the title says. I wish for official openSuse support.

pip way as documented it not working for me but with pipx install "eduvpn-client[gui]" it works better would be a repo or a flatpak

is it because of "externally managed environment" error?

Nothing actionable here I am afraid, packaging for opensuse was difficult as it involved doing checks in our packages
