Include Foot keypoints - new update that OpenPose has added #63

Hello OpenPose recently added foot keypoints to their model - https://github.com/CMU-Perceptual-Computing-Lab/openpose

It would be a great enhancement to include it here as well

In regards to structure of the dataset there is an answer in this ticket: https://github.com/CMU-Perceptual-Computing-Lab/openpose/issues/1084
