version renaming #12

intellij files to gitignore, changed version to SPIKE-001 of the plugin added R.java to .gitignore

I'd like to reject this. By turning version to other than Snapshot, for each build we need to update version or dependencies won't be updated automatically.

R.java shouldn't be ignored in the /src/ directory. It is a bug that it is there: https://github.com/edvicif/ResourcePicker-Maven-Plugin/issues/1
