Update different files and path #140

My application has this file structure:

emasters-update

1- Its possible to update all the files and download in their respective paths? 2- If not, how to update the mainClass jar and /lib/*.jar? It should have this structure or otherwise dont work.

Fxlauncher does this natively, just make sure that you use the file locations in your POM and the folders match on your download source
