Kerning of 「＊㆑」is not properly treated when using U+3191 ㆑: IDEOGRAPHIC ANNOTATION REVERSE MARK instead of U+30EC レ KATAKANA LETTER RE.

It will be fixed by adding some cases to \NewDocumentCommand { \kaeriten } { m }
