Arduino random resets #521

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using the arduino on a breadbord

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A stable running arduino , instead , it constantly resets 

What version of the Arduino software are you using? On what operating
system?  Which Arduino board are you using?

Arduino Duemilanove

Please provide any additional information below.

I try every single fix but it just doesn't work , i am using some serial 
communication . its runs stable with the blink sketch , but when its a little 
more advanced , it resets
