Distribute Mac Arduino software as a zipped .app file (no .dmg or FTDI drivers). #645

What change would like to see?

Distribute the Mac OS X Arduino software as just a zipped .app file so it 
automatically unzips in place when downloaded.  We can provide the Mac FTDI 
drivers as a separate download.
