Symbol's function definition is void: which-key-add-keymap-based-replacements

@cyx007 这个是which-key版本低了，官方离线包镜像没维护了，你换这个试试吧：elpa-mirror。 解压确保后elpa_local目录下有 gnu, melpa, org 等文件夹。 另外现在IDE推荐使用VSCode。。。

我用的melpa，选择注释掉which-key还是一样的报错，后来看了网上的文章，把melpa整个目录直接删掉，启动emacs自动重新安装全部插件就好了。我好像之前就遇到过一样的问题，是由于很久没有开启emacs造成的。至于具体原因，还是不太清楚。 这个issue 提到了解决方案。
