<Implement Workaround>Bug surrounding removing lecturers and modules in Library #85
A major bug has been raised in the library. (Issue link here: https://github.com/edwardUL99/StudSysCppLibrary/issues/30). Raising this issue to track any changes that may/will be required on the CLI side to either fix this issue or act as a workaround till this bug fix can be released. See the Note of the issue
Implement the following workaround until this issue can be resolved:
When removing a lecturer, first check if there are modules for that lecturer and if there is even 1 module, break out of the loop checking for this and abort deletion to ensure the referential integrity is maintained
If they have no modules, continue with removal
This workaround must be released straight away, even if it is a release just for 1 issue
