We can now build and test groovy based operators from the web console. operator-lab/index.jsp.
The actual plans would not be directly connected to the Operator definition in ZK. The Plan should always have a copy of the OperatorDesc, changes to the operators in ZK will not automatically apply to any plan.
It would also be great to be able to import/export the Operator. In this way users can easily share Operators.
