PI Response:

1. I plan to look at the correlation between average GPD per capita for each region of Europe against the average mortality rate of the same region
2. I would like to perform no deep learning techniques to draw inferences from the original data, instead my plan was the train a RL model on the data to perform predictions on mortality for areas outside Europe
