Fix `multipass` setup in docs #157

It looks like multipass doesn’t create a named instance primary automatically but uses a random name generator.

Fix: To to get a primary one, the user needs to run:

$ multipass launch 22.04 -n primary

(This is in relation to docs/setup.md)
