• [x] Get Seshat running on an Ubuntu VM and update local instructions
• Update local instructions so that postgres db requires a password Keeping the Azure branch separate means we don't need to do this
• [x] Get Seshat running on a VM on Turing Azure subscription, with whatever additional steps are required to create a live website
