Host the schemas somewhere that is fast to download from, cheap, and can mirror GH repo, and the URL is predictable
- Budget around 1MB for schema files (1000 datasets = ~1500 KB), and 1000/request per day = 1GB/day = 30GB/month would cost around $25 on Google Cloud CDN
