Error when trying to download de mnist dataset #51

In file Util.py at line 129 (version 0.1.4):

file_size = int(response.headers.get('content-range').split('/')[1])

I get this error:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'split'

I tried to manually download the dataset, debugging the code and following this url: https://storage.googleapis.com/cvdf-datasets/mnist/train-images-idx3-ubyte.gz

And got this message:

UserProjectAccountProblemUser project billing account not in good standing.The billing account for project 81,941,577,218 is disabled in state delinquent
