Says i need to go to link to confirm im not a robot. Copying url into browser and confirminf then entering cmd window doesnt work.

Assuming you access kissanime.ru in a browser, tick the google recaptcha box it should typically proceed. Try accessing a kissanime.ru in a browser to confirm there's no issues, then rerun the script. I'm assuming this is only a temp issue.

Also note that if you're using a vpn/proxy cloudflare has likely blacklisted your ip address.
