Add autojoin plugin

This plugin tracks joins/parts/kicks of the bot and stores a table of channels to autojoin per connection

• When the bot joins a channel it is automatically added to the table
• When the bot parts or is kicked from a channel, it is automatically removed

Allows channels to be persistent across restarts without having to modify the configs
