Add support for Polish language diacritics to ET Book font #22

The font is great but outside English text it's almost useless.

Maybe we can find time and resources to add support for Polish diacritics? It's not that much work:

ĄĆĘŁŃÓŚŹŻ

and

ąćęłńóśźż

I can pay to add those 18 symbols 🙂

Hey @ochococo I would if I could, but my role in this project was merely in converting the original .suit files into .ttf etc. I would love to have these additions as well.

@adamschwartz Do you know anybody who could do that as a contractor?

I don’t directly, but @dpk (who made https://github.com/dpk/et-book) and @davelab6 (who is an expert on fonts and curator of fonts for Google Fonts) may have a better idea of where to get that help.

my attempt at https://github.com/dpk/et-book/issues/2#issuecomment-487935484 using Fontforge's autofill feature was only mildly successful… Screenshot from 2019-05-01 20-56-57

I'm also getting plenty of errors, when trying to actually save:

i suppose i can just generate it without validation, huh?
