Single Left-Pointing Angle Quotation Mark (U+2039, ‹) and Single Right-Pointing Angle Quotation Mark (U+204A, ›) result in ligatures ﬃ and ﬄ. This is quite strange, since these ligatures have their own codepoint in Unicode.
