add support for using html5 aside for sidebars? #98

Seems like it might be useful to modify the existing CSS definitions for sidebars to allow the (I think, at least) cleaner aside element?

If I understand you correctly, that isn't currently possible. See https://github.com/edwardtufte/tufte-css/issues/24#issuecomment-128699026
