Does not work with PHP hash comments #14

Would be great if the add-on could handle PHP hash # comments.

Could you please update the Changelog, so we know about that when checking what's change in the version?

It seems that apart from the fix, there's now the technical setup to manually define comment types outside of the grammar-provided one, so I guess that the README's note about supported languages ios not necessary true any more.
