Better Comments List/Report

It would be great to be able to generate a list/report of Better Comments.

Options:

• Filtering: Include only these tags.
• Group by: Type, file, folder, workspace root folder.
• Scope: File, folder, workspace.
• Exclude: File pattern to not include in the report (*.js, vendor/, **/.venv/).

The report could look like here below… or simply open the search pane pre-filing the fields.

Adding a title property to better-comments.tags…
The heading is composed of tag and title. Displayed using the style of the tag?

🔗 The emoji serves as bullet point and link to the file, showing the file name on hover… if that's possible?

🔗 We could chose between spacious or compact lists, with a blank line in between items or not.

Seems there many plugins can solve your requirement? If so, there is not neccesory to make better comments complicate, right?

Thanks for todo-tree. I didn't check all its options but natively it doesn't behave the same way (very close though)… and obviously, we've to duplicate the configuration (OK, easier than to code the same features in this extension 😉)
