[DD] Remove all PII data from Account MFE session recording #656

I have seen Account MFE session recordings in DataDog that contain learner PII data. We need to ensure that session recordings do NOT capture this data anymore, then re-enable recording.

I think we can use these custom tags to hide sensitive data

  1. Do you want to move this ticket to Infinity if they will be taking over ownership?
  2. Is there a ticket for retiring the edx fork: https://github.com/edx/frontend-app-account? We could consider updating its README with a message at the top that explains how it was temporarily used and pointing to the openedx version that we are now using, and then archive the repo. People keep asking about it, so it is causing unnecessary confusion for other teams.
