Resolve ownership of EDX package on PyPI #100

I discovered today that there's an "EDX" package on the Python Package Index: https://pypi.org/project/EDX/ . It has nothing to do with us (it stands for ENTSO-E Data Exchange). No one has mentioned it as a point of confusion or difficulty, but it seems like it could be in the future.

I wrote to legal@edx.org asking what the first step should be, and offered to write to the developer as one dev to another.

This isn't an actual problem, so we aren't going to pursue it.
