Document needed changes for edx-org repos #123

When we make a new repo, we use edx-cookiecutters (for Python) or frontend-template-application (for JavaScript) to template the new repo. Those templates are designed for repos in the openedx GitHub organization. We need to document the changes needed in generated repos when the repo will be in the edx GitHub organization.

The wiki page now lists the sections that are wrong. I will update the page to include the correct text to use.
