I have a question about the CV graph: how is the graph constructed and the values calculated?
There are negative values on the graph: this is not possible...
I have understood the negative values. However, I still don't understand the graph
I've put the graph of the prostar CVs and the graph I made with JMP (on the values already in log) in PJ
I also put the graph with the CVs in % (the scale seemed closer to the prostar one)
the initial dataset has no missing values (also in PJ)
the apexes of the densities do not seem to be in the same places, the relative heights are not the same for the two conditions
