Currently the association between quanti columns and identification columns is not very ergonomic, especially when you have a lot of conditions/replicates (with a cohort type dataset of 100 samples, it would be almost impossible not to make mistakes)
Wouldn't there be a way for prostar to guess the associations by itself, for example by giving it the prefix to delete in each column heading to find the name of the sample
or by selecting all the identification columns in one go and assuming that they are in the same order as the quantity columns
