[BUG Prostar] Error loading my dataset in Prostar 1.36.2

I want to test the quantitative data analysis workflow in ProStaR but I am having problems loading and converting my dataset.

I have installed in RStudio the ‘stand-alone’ version 1.36.2 of ProStaR and I have several problems:

1. My excel table does not load when I click on the ‘Load File’ button even though I have installed the ‘openxlsx’ package.

2. I have converted the table to TSV and I have loaded it and it works but when I select the quantitative columns A1-D4, and design ‘Flat’, when I click on the ‘Convert Data’ button I get this message and I can't move forward:

Error in [.data.frame(tmp.df, , ‘Sample.name’) : undefined columns selected.

Could you help me, please? I attach my dataset in excel and tsv.

I did not reproduce the first issue. When you have loaded your Excel file, A selectable list (called "sheets") must be shown which give the list of sheets contained in the Excel file. Did you see this option ? (cf attached file)

Concerning the second issue, there was really a bug. I have fixed it and it will be available in a few days in version 1.36.3

Regarding the first issue, the excel loads without problems and the selectable list (sheets) is shown but if you try to click on the ‘load file’ button, nothing happens, the data is not loaded. Check it out.

Hi A new version of Prostar (1.36.3) is now available in prostar-proteomics.org. I hope this will solve all your issues
