Describe the bug
I have a Maxquant file.
When I open it with prostar.
I do a filter "at least 7 in one condition". It works.
Then, in the "string based filtering" tab, I remove the Reversed that are tagged with a "+" in a column. It works, it removes 23.
Now,
If I open the Maxquant file via excel, I do nothing on it, I close it by saving it as xls.
I open this xls with prostar.
I do a filter "at least 7 in one condition". It works.
Then, in the "string based filtering" tab, I remove the Reversed that are tagged with a "+" in a column. It tells me that there are 0. But if I export, there are indeed revered that it has not removed. However, in the Reversed column, they are no longer tagged +.......
So, I don't understand anything anymore.
So my Maxquant saved in xls, I saved it in .txt.... and there
again I find my 23 proteins.....
