Reporting posts function (this would go hand in hand with post deletion,
because it'd use the same kind of input with the checkboxes next to each
post and whatnot)

I started the DB work for this already.

misc.php will handle the incoming report requests.

Some changes have already been made; however, the following changes are still 
needed:
* Modification to ThornToolsDBI to add the reportpost function and modification 
to
ThornModDBI to add report-handling functions
* Admin template work to show these reports
* Fill in misc.php skeleton

Admin setup/templating is still needed, as is the ThornModDBI work.  

Additionally, code should be in various sections to automatically clear reports 
upon
certain actions.
Among them:
- Post deletion by the user sets all reports for that particular post to a 
status of 3
- Post deletion by an admin sets all reports for that particular post to a 
status of 1
- Banipfrompost/Banipfromthread sets all reports for that particular post to a 
status
of 1

Can anyone else think of any other such actions that might be necessary?

I still need to work out the post deletion code by admin.  It's a mess but I'll 
get
through it eventually.  I'm writing this more for my benefit so I'll remember 
it later.

Check revision 101 to see the last batch of changes I made.  All that's left to
