cannot install on plone 5

on installing eea.annotator with the following :

• via buildout.cfg , writing on eggs sections "eea.annotator"
• on a fresh install of Plone 5.08
• Installing EEA Annotator (inline comments)//EEA Annotator (Plone 5 installation profile) – (eea.annotator 4.1) on the "add ons" control panel
• Upgrading eea.jquery to the version 10.2
• the following sections Home,News, Events, broke with this message:

• Activating the annotator on the folder type brings the following error text on the "users" tab section:

Sorry we cannot connect to the annotation store.

Maybe is a requisite i have to adjust... thank you for your attention i'm attaching the corresponding screenshots
