The Waste transfers search is not fully implemented (http://prtrproto.cloudapp.net/#/wastetransfers).

Compare with original: http://prtr.ec.europa.eu/WasteTransfer.aspx and implement

Have added tab for summary, activities and areas. The confidential tab could be reused from industrial search. The missing tabs are area comparison(Graph), Facilities(Grid), Haz transbourdary(Graph) and Haz recerivces(Grid). The services handling needs to be made for this.
