Use case on diffusive emmisions #27

The original use case that was developed for AIR emissions followed the following ticket in Taskman: https://taskman.eionet.europa.eu/issues/200

The new use case will follow the same principles (although tailored to the specific layers and pollutants that were developed for water).

The EEA provided DG ENV an extraction of the layers that were more adequate and DG ENV was meant to confirm agreement (can happen through this issue).

When DG ENV (Andreas) confirms agreement he can give you access to both the text proposal and the layers themselves. The files were originally posted in an FTP URL by Andreas, he can confirm if they are still there.

I will provide you, Peter, with a text file (via E-mail) As regards the layers and the ftp url, it is not possible to use the ftp server anymore. I would need to know how I can provide you with the layers - E-mial won't work. Do you have an upload facility or should I send a CD?

For the record: layers were provided to Atkins via EEA Transfer.
