Add support for Python 3.7. #80

Additionally dropping Python 3.3 from the Travis-CI tests as it was already dropped from tox.ini and is no longer supported. Additionally it breaks on Travis-CI.

Hi could this PR please get merged? Python 3.3 breaks on TravisCI making subsequent PRs like #81 read on Travis.
