Scraper should update action, version, result of items as they progress #56

I'm not seeing examples where result is actually updated, though. Remove if this column isn't used.

Do we want to do an "auto-update" of all, or provide a button for users to update an item and/or a meeting?

If we can have history for an item that would be very nice
