Add test coverage badge #68

The CircleCI configuration file lists the coverage directory as the place for storing artifacts. I'm not familiar with CircleCI 2.0, but I'm guessing that it provides a test coverage badge.

I couldn't find a code coverage badge offered by Circle CI, just a tests passing one...
